Francis Osthoff's Obituary
Francis (Fred) J. Osthoff passed away quietly in his sleep, Sunday morning, September 4, 2005 at Wisconsin Veterans Home, King, WI. He was born in Buena Vista, Iowa August 1, 1914, to Chris and Maude Osthoff. He was preceded in death by his wife, Viola Osthoff, a son, his parents, eight brothers, and two sisters. Fred is survived by his sister, Zella Ferguson of LaPorte, Indiana, children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Fred was a veteran of WW II and served in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific. Funeral Service will be Friday, September 9, at 11:00 AM at Olson Hall Chapel at Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until the time of the service at Olson Hall Chapel. Burial will take place in Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at King.
