My husband and I lived in our first home on the corner of Story St and 3rd as neighbors to Frank and Lois for 5 years. We moved away in 2002 but continue to have so many fond memories of those years as we started our family in Appleton. Lois and Frank come up so many times in conversation and we wanted to look them up on the internet. We are saddened to see they both have passed away. They were both so kind and welcoming to us and our small children at the time. They taught us to play cribbage while sipping a mixed cocktail (they mixed them strong from what I remember). Our daughter, April knew exactly where to go when she wanted a banana and crackers. They taught us a bit about gardening flowers as well as receiving extra tomatoes. Many fond memories. Peace
