FRED H. FERCH
WILD ROSE, WI (FORMERLY OF MILWAUKEE, WI) Age 67 – died on Thursday, May 12, 2005 at the Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born on January 29, 1938 in Milwaukee, WI, a son of the late Henry and Grace (Dallas) Ferch. He married Cheryl LaPerriere on February 12, 1963 in Waukegan, IL. Fred is survived by his wife: Cheryl, four children: Julieann Cardin of Wausau, WI, Philip (Julieanne) Ferch of Omro, WI, Kenneth (Sheila) Ferch of Cudahy, WI, and Michael (Julianne) Ferch of Greenfield, WI, seven grandchildren: Sarah Cardin, Clayton Ferch, Elizabeth Cardin, Jessica Ferch, Jacob Ferch, Nicole Ferch, and Samantha Ferch, his dog and devoted companion: Max, and two sisters: Mary Weinert of West Allis, WI, and Kathryn Schroeder of Milwaukee, WI. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Fred was a member of the Gateway Apostolic Church of Waupaca. He had been employed for many years as a mixer operator for the Henkel Co. of Oak Creek, WI. He had served in the US Navy from August 22, 1956 – May 13, 1958. Fred was a devoted husband and father. He enjoyed his home and taking care of his family. He also enjoyed fishing. A funeral service will be held at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Tom Morey – Gateway Apostolic Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeside Memorial Park Cemetery in Waupaca. Friends may call at the funeral home in Waupaca on Tuesday from noon – 1:00 PM.
