Frederick W. Lucht's Obituary
Frederick W. Lucht, age 87, of Amherst, WI passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at ThedaCare Medical Center-Waupaca. Fred was born in the Town of Lanark, Portage County on April 11, 1932, the son of the late William and Agnes (Boelter) Lucht. On October 14, 1967, Fred married Lila Hotchkiss in Waupaca and she preceded him in death on May 10, 2008. He worked for Robert's Irrigation for many years. Fred served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He is survived by his children: Robert Lucht, Amherst; Carla (John) Baumgartner, Appleton; Timothy Lucht, Almond; Lori (Jerry) Brickey, Weyauwega; Freddie Lucht and Rose (Jason) Long, Luray, VA. 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and siblings: Herb (Carolyn) Lucht, Wautoma; Robert Lucht, Stevens Point; John (Barb) Lucht, Amherst and Ardis Douglas, Vesper, WI. Funeral Service will be on Friday, October 11 at 2:30 PM at the Holly Funeral Home, Waupaca with Reverend Ron Siemers, officiating. Military Graveside Services will follow in Badger Cemetery, Town Lanark. Visitation will be on Friday afternoon from 1 PM to 2:30 PM at the funeral home.
