FREDERICK G. MIX
WILD ROSE, WISCONSIN
Age 78, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, WI. He was born November 24, 1936 in Menasha, WI; son of George and Irene (Slomski) Mix. Fred married Janice Resch on September 12, 1959 in Menasha and she preceded him in death. His second marriage was to Karen Bemowski on July 1, 1978 in Waupaca and she preceded him in death on August 16, 1987. Fred had an amazing sense of humor. He enjoyed summer time and we pray the sun always shines upon him! Fred especially loved spending quality time with family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all of his loving family and many friends.

Great-Grandchildren: Brandon Suess, Danielle Harper, Emma Harper, Ariana Fisher, Adalia Abreu, and Jaida Abreu
Brothers: Bob (Connie) Andraschko of Waupaca, WI
Donald (Carol) Herdeck of Appleton, WI
Anthony (Bennie) Slomski of Menasha, WI
Jim (Fay) Okrasinski of Green Bay, WI
Sisters: Janice Lueck of Glendale, CA
Judy (Ron) Rosene of Coon Rapids, MN
Neighborhood Friends: Clarence and Polly Wenham of Wild Rose, WI
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Irene Mix; first wife, Janice Mix; second wife, Karen Mix; a grandson, Luke Mix; one brother, Tom Mix; one sister and brother-in-law, Pat (Jim) Wolfgram; one brother-in-law, William Lueck; and his significant other, Bonnie Zapp.
A Memorial Service will be on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose, WI. Father David Greskowiak will officiate. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home. Following the memorial service on Saturday a luncheon will be held at Pineland Park in Wild Rose. The Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose is assisting the family with arrangements.
A special thank-you to Dr. Geller for giving Fred 25 more wonderful years with loved ones and friends. The outstanding care he received will never be forgotten.
