I'll miss Shorty's trips past our house. He often had somewhere to go but it seemed nowhere to be. Whether he was walking or riding his scooter, it was very common to turn into a stop and often more than a short visit. He was very comical to talk to and often had us laughing. As everyone knows, that was Shorty! The neighborhood won't be the same without him.
