GEORGE FOGEL
PORT EDWARDS, WISCONSIN
FORMERLY OF AMHERST, WISCONSIN Age 74, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at Edgewater Haven Nursing Home in Port Edwards, WI. He was born July 30, 1934 in Romania; son of Bela and Katalina (Rozsnay) Fogel. On July 5, 1957, George married Livia Farkas in Romania. She preceded him in death on March 22, 1995. George is survived by:
Son: Al Fogel of Milwaukee, WI
Grandson: Scott (fiancée, Melinda Golla) Fogel of Stevens Point, WI
Great-Granddaughter: Haley Fogel of Stevens Point, WI
Sister: Lili (David) Drake of Amherst, WI He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Livia Fogel; and two brothers, Joseph and Emil Fogel. A Funeral Service will be on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, WI. Father Robert Pedretti will officiate. A visitation will be on Sunday from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at St. James Catholic Cemetery in Amherst following the service on Sunday.
