George J. Kolka's Obituary
Mr. George John Kolka, age 83, of Wild Rose, Wisconsin passed away Friday, July 4th, 2008 at Berlin Memorial Hospital. George was born in Little Black, Wisconsin on April 28, 1925, he was the son of the late Francis and Barbara (Blaha) Kolka. On July 8, 1961; he married Beverly Cartwright in Wautoma. She preceded him in death on April 13, 2002. George served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a truck driver/farmer all his life. George was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Wautoma. He is survived by his Daughter: Brenda (Kerry) Plehn, Waukesha. Sons: Michael (Mary Lynn) Kolka, Wild Rose; Jeff (Sheryl) Kolka, Wild Rose. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren: Brain & Brad Plehn; KellyJo Kolka; Kris & Brandon Allen Sisters: Evelyn Kolka, Wild Rose; Brothers: James (Patricia) Kolka, Wild Rose; David (Lois) Kolka, Wild Rose. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends further survive. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Wautoma, Wisconsin. at 10 A.M. on Thursday, July 10th, with Father Robert Stegmann officiating. Interment will be in the Bohemian Cemetery in the Town of Rose, Waushara County, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held Wednesday 4 - 8 PM at Holly Funeral Home-Wild Rose and Thursday 9-10 A.M. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church-Wautoma. Holly Funeral Home
