George J. Miller's Obituary
George J. Miller, age 72, of Amherst, Wisconsin, formerly of Appleton, passed away Friday, October 27th, 2006 at his residence. Mr. Miller was born in Amherst on June 18, 1934, he was the son of the late Ed and Sylvia (Eskritt) Miller. He married Mary Borgen in Amherst. She survives. George served in the United States Army. He worked as a Union electrician with IBEW Local 577 for many years before retiring in 1996. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church Amherst, Wisconsin. He is survived by Wife: Mary Miller, Amherst; Daughters: Lori Anderson, Port Edwards; Kim (Rick) Roberts, Appleton; Brother: Kenny Miller, Florida; Earl Miller, Appleton; Sister: Edyth Rae (Glen) Lindquist, Amherst. Six Grandchildren: Rachael, Alex, Lindsay, Abbey, Jenna, Drew. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. George was preceded in death by Sister: Mabel Ann Schultz. A Graveside Service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery in the Town of Amherst on Wednesday, November 1st, at 11 AM followed by a Memorial Visitation from 12-1 P.M. and Memorial Service at 1:00 P.M. at Peace Lutheran Church in Amherst.
