George Poteracki's Obituary
Mr. George L. Poteracki, age 88, of Appleton, Wisconsin , passed away Saturday, May 24th, 2008 at Franciscan Care Center. Mr. Poteracki was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 6, 1919, he was the son of the late John and Helen Poteracki. On June 7, 1941, he married Irene Pack In Chicago. George was a auto mechanic for most of his life. He served in the Unites States Navy during World War II. He is survived by his Wife: Irene Poteracki, Appleton; Children: Georgia (John) Bleile, Mc Henry, Illinois; Dennis (Tanina) Poteracki, Franklin, Wisconsin; James (Cindy) Poteracki, Lake Zurich, Illinois; Cindy Duell, Appleton, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 5 Sisters. Funeral Mass will be held at Wisconsin Veterans Home-Main Chapel, King, Wisconsin. at 1:30 P.M. on Friday, May 30th, with Father Paul Vanden Hogen officiating. Interment will be in the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held Friday 12-1:30 P.M. at the chapel. A.J. Holly & Sons LTD
