GERALD “BIG BEAR” J. KONKEL
WAUPACA, WISCONSIN
Age 74, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, WI. He was born June 5, 1940 in Milwaukee, WI; son of William A. and Lillian M. (Ryan) Konkel. On November 1, 1984, Jerry married Theresa Trokan in Milwaukee, WI. He worked for 36 years at Allen Bradley in Milwaukee. Jerry will be deeply missed by all of his loving family and friends.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Theresa Konkel of Waupaca, and many other relatives and friends.
Per Jerry’s wishes, no services will be held. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
A special thank-you to Dr. Paul Sletten, Riverside Medical Center, and Bethany Home of Waupaca for their help and support. The special care Jerry received will never be forgotten.
