Gladys A. Essenmacher's Obituary
Gladys A. Essenmacher, age 92, of Wild Rose, WI passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at the Wild Rose Manor. Gladys was born in Chicago, IL on July 11, 1926, the daughter of the late Van and Mary (Rossiter) Lemons. Gladys worked for many years as a Insurance Claims Adjuster. She is a member of Wild Rose United Methodist Church and a member of the Wild Rose Hospital Auxiliary for over 30 years. On February 12, 1972, Gladys married George Essenmacher in Chicago and he preceded her in death on March 1, 2012. Gladys is survived by her daughter: Kathie Zywczak, Wild Rose; her son: David Benge, South Carolina; many stepchildren and many, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and a brother: Al Lemons, South Carolina. Gladys was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George and her children, Diane, Donald & Jennifer. The Memorial Service for Gladys will be on Tuesday, July 2 at 11 AM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose with Reverend Pam Priewe, officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday morning from 10 AM until the time of services at the funeral home.
