Guy Scudella's Obituary
GUY C. SCUDELLA
AMHERST JCT., WISCONSIN Age 50, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2011 at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah, WI. He was born July 29, 1960 in Fond du Lac, WI; son of Eugene “Geno” and Jane (Hoffmann) Scudella. Guy attended Saint Mary’s Springs and graduated from Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac in 1978. After high school, he attended UW-Oshkosh and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. On March 31, 2007, Guy married Sarah Werbelow at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Amherst, WI. Guy and Sarah enjoyed riding and traveling together on their bikes, having visited all 48 continental states. He was a member of the National HOG and the American Motorcycle Association. Guy was also a “certified weather spotter” and always had the weather channel on at home. His contagious smile and lust for life will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends. Also survived by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jane Scudella; a brother, Greg G. Salaja; a brother-in-law, Alan G. Frank; and his father-in-law, David L. Werbelow. A Funeral Service will be on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 6:00 PM at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, WI. Reverend Elvin Siegel will officiate. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 – 6:00 PM at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016. The Jungers-Holly Funeral Home of Amherst is assisting the family with arrangements. Guy was able to donate and give back to others’ as he was so fortunate to receive his gift of life five years ago.
