Harriet Volkmann's Obituary
Harriet L. Volkmann, age 74, of Town of Dayton, Waupaca, WI , passed away Sunday, April 22, 2007 at Riverside Medical Center. Harriet was born in Mayville, WI on June 22, 1932, the daughter of the late Elmer and Laura (Butter) Farrington.
On August 20, 1955, Harriet married William Volkmann in Cedarburg, WI and preceded her in death on June 18, 1996. She was a machinist at Creative Leather Company for many years. Harriet was a life member of the Peter Wollner Post #288 Legion Auxilliary. She loved bird watching and playing cards.
Survivors included three sons: William (Tammy) Volkmann, Cascade, WI; Steven (Gail) Volkmann, Port Washington, WI; Robert (Cristie) Volkmann, Kewaskum, WI; three grandchildren: Paul , Steve, and Alyssa Volkmann; two great grandchildren: Nolan and Stephanie Volkmann; and her sister: Mary Kropf, Waupun, WI. She is further survived by other relatives and friends
In accordance with Harriet's wishes cremation will take place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Holly Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
