Helen Louise (Pfeiffer) Morey, age 98, passed peacefully into the care of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on the morning of September 19, 2023 at Living Oaks Assisted Living in Iola, WI. She is preceded in death by her parents, Read Obituary
So sorry to hear about Helen. I looked forward to seeing her on Thursday for Bingo. She was always smiling and happy, except if they didn't have a Hersey bar for a prize. I am honored to have known her and I'll have a Hersey bar in her honor today.
So sorry to hear of the passing of Helen. She was such a sweet lady and I always enjoyed talking with her. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
It was a special gift from God that I was able to be one of Helen’s pastors during my ministry at Trinity. I was always so amazed at her deep faith in our Lord and Savior. She was always so supportive of the people and staff of Trinity. Her musical abilities blessed so many worship services. She served her Lord and His people with great humility. She was such a blessing to so many people.
I also was privileged to work with her (after her retirement from Trinity Lutheran) at Bethany Home of Waupaca. I doubt that there was ever a song or hymn that Helen was unable to play – often by memory!!
Sharon and I will be in Chicago this weekend but our prayers and thanks go to her family and our Lord for the gift of His servant, Helen. To God be the glory!

We have lost an absolute angel. She is playing one of her cantatas for our Heavenly Father and I know he is pleased. Helen changed my life in music by giving me the confidence to pursue a dream. She played for many of the funerals and weddings I sang for over a 35 year time span. I am a better person for having the pleasure of knowing her. She is truly a treasure. Ted Thompson
