Dear David and Grandaughter Shannon; I've got too know Helen when she moved into Angelus now Park Vista the same year we opened.I enjoyed assisting Helen with whatever she needed daily.I enjoyed visiting with Helen when I had down time and listened to old stories about her teaching days.What I loved most about Helen was her spunk she always knew what she wanted and needed.Will miss her deeply!Take Care and God Bless with Sympathy. My wife and I send our condolences to you as you mourn the death of your Mother and Grandmother. I had seen Helen briefly at the funeral of another mutual friend of your Dad's and Mom's, Bill Deckert a few years ago. Sadly, I didn't speak with your Mom, David, as much as I should have, as time and distance usually shortens a visit. Your Dad, I, and Lee Klotzbuecher were business partners in the now defunct newspaper in Manawa, The Manawa Advocate many years ago. You are in our thoughts and prayers as you cope with your loss. I feel very blessed to have known both your Dad and Mom.
