Hethie *Eloise* Kuehlthau's Obituary
Hethie Eloise Shores Kuehlthau, age 85, of Waupaca, WI, passed away Sunday, November 18th, 2007 at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca. She was born in Brundidge, Alabama on August 24, 1922, the daughter of John Miller and Tempe (Hilliard) Shores. Eloise married Raymond Kuehlthau on Thanksgiving Day in 1944. He preceded her in death on October 25, 1964. After Eloise retired in 1987 as president of Citizens State Bank in Kiel, WI, she moved to Springfield, TN. She lived there for twenty years. While there she restored her home and spent many happy hours gardening and feeding the birds. She returned to Wisconsin two years ago. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by Children: Hethie (Dennis) Boll, Waupaca, WI; Raymona (Thomas) Roelke, New Berlin, WI; Raymond (Cheryl) Kuehlthau, Martinsville, IN. Grandchildren: Angela (Neal) Thomas; Traci (Tony) Crisci; Craig (Jennifer) Roelke; Kurt (Bonita) Rickenbach; Joshua Helms; Jonathan (Emma) Helms. Great Grandchildren: Joshua and Alexander Christensen; Katelyn Thomas; Sisters: Marjorie Pike, Springfield, TN; Carolyn Wright, Huntsville, AL; Daughter-in-law: Sherry Kuehlthau, Russelville, KY. Eloise was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, Raymond; Son, Steven; Grandson, Joshua Boll; and Brother, John. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, November 24, 2007 at the First United Methodist Church in Waupaca with the Reverend Barry Shaw officiating. Interment will be in Kiel Cemetery in Kiel, WI. A visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family.
