Hilda Lambie's Obituary
Hilda M. Lambie, age 92, of Waupaca, WI., passed away on Wednesday, August 5th, 2009 at Crystal River Nursing & Rehab. Center in Waupaca. She was born in Town of Menasha, WI., on August 16, 1916, a daughter of the late Richard and Ida (Bengel) Meyer. She married LaVerne Lambie on May 3, 1934. He preceded her in death on March 28, 1995. Survivors include a Daughter: Donna (Jim Wolfe) Lambie, Junction City, WI; 4 Sons: Richard (Barbara) Lambie, Waupaca, WI; Kenneth (Rose) Lambie, Anehiem, CA; Rev. Garth (Nancy) Lambie, Lee's Summit, MO; Michael (Karen) Lambie, Elk Grove, CA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; 2 Brothers: Emil Meyer, Sun City West, AZ; Mel Meyer, Eagle River, WI; a Sister, Lillian Shaffer, Neenah, WI. Besides her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Darlene Gruenst, a son, Keith Lambie and 5 brothers and sisters. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
