INGE “PEGGY” PENNEY
WAUPACA, WISCONSIN
FORMERLY OF AMHERST, WISCONSIN
Age 81, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Bethany Home in Waupaca, WI. She was born November 17, 1932 in Frankfurt, Germany; daughter of Latheman and Hedwig (Reininger) Ludwig. On May 4, 1954, Inge married Garth R. Penney in Frankfurt, Germany and together they shared 45 years of marriage before his passing on December 6, 1999. She will be deeply missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Inge is survived by her two daughters: Renate (Steve) Anderson of Long Beach, CA and Anita (John) Golke of Waupaca, WI; two grandchildren: Ryan (Crystal) Golke of Waupaca, WI and Bobbie (Jesse) Quick of Ripon, WI; a great-grandson: Jonathan Quick of Ripon, WI; and two sisters: Gutrun of Germany and Isle Miller of Ohio. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Latheman and Hedwig Ludwig.
A Memorial Service will be on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 2:30 PM at the Bethany Home Chapel in Waupaca, WI. Reverend John Schmidt will officiate. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
