Ione L. Clapp's Obituary
Ione L. Clapp age 89 of Waupaca, passed away on Sunday July 18, 2010. Ione was born on July 11, 1921, the daughter of Frank and Florence (Hanson) Dain. Ione married Richard Clapp on June 10, 1944. She was a school teacher for 41 years in the Waupaca area.
Ione is survived by her husband Richard Clapp of Waupaca, and one sister Melva Miller of Appleton. Ione was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Florence Dain, and one brother Merlyn Dain.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday July 22, 2010 at 11 A.M. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca. Pastor Jennifer DeNetz will officiate. Burial will be held at the Lakeside Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Thursday at church from 9 A.M. until the time of the service at 11 A.M.
