Irene Zinser's Obituary
Irene Zinser age 74, formerly of Amherst, WI, died peacefully at her home in Stevens Point, WI on January 17, 2023. Irene was born on October 6, 1948 in Texas to Elvera (Giagos) & Erasmo Garza. She married Robert E. Zinser, Sr. on August 27, 1966 in Heffron, WI where they went on to have five children. They were married for 32 years before Bob passed away in 1998. Irene retired from McCain Foods after 28 years.
She is survived by her sons Dan (Tammy) Zinser, Dave Zinser, Robert “Bam Bam” (Michelle) Zinser and William (Shara Cass) Zinser and her daughter Debbie (Shawn Oliver) Zinser; 2 sisters; 4 brothers; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Irene is preceded in death by her parents Erasmo and Elvera Garza; her husband Robert Sr.; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
No services will be held at this time. She will be loved and missed deeply.
