Jacqueline L. “Jackie” Collins
Waupaca, WI Age 55 – died very unexpectedly on Monday, April 13, 2009 at her residence. She was born on September 19, 1953 in LaCrosse, WI, the daughter of Donald and Lillian (Semler) Kelley. She married Jim Collins on June 7, 1991 in Waupaca, WI. Jackie is survived by her husband, Jim, her children; Kimberly (Dan) Forseth of Waupaca, Brett (Kim) Himebaugh of Waupaca, and Halden (Lyndsey) Collins of Waupaca, grandchildren; twins Ashley and Amanda Himebaugh, Daniel Forseth, Christopher Williams, Bailey Himebaugh, Maelynn Collins, and Maya Collins, brothers; Edward Kelley of Sparta, WI, Junior (Donna) Kelley of Sparta, WI, and Gregg Kelley of MN, sisters; Maxine Ronnefeldt of Steuben, WI, Lillian Kelley of Sparta, WI, Bonnie (Kenneth) Bethke of Onalaska, WI, Charity (Tim) Kast of Sparta, WI, and Verna Groom of Wauzeka, WI. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother; Lillian Kelley, and a brother; Nathan Kelley. Jackie had been a waitress at the Three Squares Restaurant in Waupaca for about 23 years. More recently she had been a waitress at Diane’s Restaurant in Waupaca. Jackie liked being outdoors and enjoyed gardening, working in her yard, going to rummage sales, and decorating both the inside and outside of her home. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching the birds on her deck as she enjoyed her morning coffee. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 20, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI, with Father Paul Feider, officiating. A visitation will be held at the Holly Funeral Home on Sunday evening from 4:00 – 8:00 PM, and again on Monday morning from 9:30 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
