James Bunnell's Obituary
James M. “Tex” Bunnell age 74 of King, passed away on Sunday December 26, 2010. James was born on July 8, 1936 the son of James and Pauline (O’Looney) Bunnell. James married Carol Reinke on June 27, 1959. James is survived by his wife Carol Bunnell of Neenah, WI; four sons Mike Bunnell of Neenah, WI, Bill (Paula Helbach) Bunnell of Wausau, WI, John (Patty Williams) Bunnell of Oshkosh, WI, and David (Tina Ketchum) of Neenah, WI; one daughter Dawn (McKinley Sykes) of Appleton, WI; one sister Patricia (Art) Mulloy of California; nine grandchildren Chris Bunnell, Brad (Chelsie) Bunnell, Barb (Matt) Igl, Nicole (Nick) Nehls, Danielle Bunnell, Jonathon Bunnell, Amanda Bunnell, Jeremy (Melissa) Bunnell, and Hope Schimke; and six great grandchildren.
James was preceded in death by his parents James and Pauline Bunnell; his step father Sherm Fox; his daughter-in-law Jane Bunnell; one brother Phil Bunnell; and his aunt and uncle Paul and Lorene Doerfler.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday January 4, 2011 at 11 A.M. at the Main Chapel at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. Chaplain Rich Engle will officiate. Burial will be held in the spring at the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of service at 11 A.M. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. The family would like to thank Dr. Anderson and the staff at the Wisconsin Veterans Home for the care they provided James.
