James Gomez Sr.'s Obituary
James Gomez Sr. of Wautoma, WI passed away at the age of 77 on August 28, 2016, after a long battle with ALS. Jim enjoyed watching the Packers, Brewers and Wildlife. Jim also enjoyed playing golf, gardening and spending time at the El Rancho. Jim was a proud Veteran who served his Country well during the Cuban Missile Crisis in the early 1960’s.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife Deanna M (Miszewski) of 58 years. Proud father of Jimmy Jr. and John (Brenda); loving grandpa to Danielle, Matthew and Zachery; daughter-in-law Kelly, many other relatives and friends.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Florence (Dressen) Gomez and son Joseph.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday September 2, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church 364 S. Cambridge St. Wautoma, WI at 11 AM. A Memorial gathering will be held on Friday from 10 until 11 AM at the church.
