James Henry Muehe's Obituary
James Henry Muehe, age 73, of Alice, TX passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Alice Hospital. Jim was born in Wonewoc, WI on August 14, 1937, the son of the late Henry and Anne (Langdon) Muehe. After 20 years in the United States Air Force, James retired as a Master Sergeant, having served honorably during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He spent most of his time in security service. He also worked as a managing agent at the Guadalupe Hacienda in Alice for many years.
James is survived by his children: Vincent J. (Susan) Muehe, Prior Lake, MN; Jason C. Muehe, Cape Coral, FL; Colleen (Tim) Arndt, Blue River, WI; Jean (Jeff) Lawton, Oviedo, FL; Jennifer Saenz, Alice, TX; his 6 grandchildren; a brother: Gordon (Louise) Muehe, Hill Point,WI and his sister: Dee Myer, Reedsburg, WI. Jim is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Helen Revels. A Funeral Service will be on Monday, October 25 at 2 PM at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca with Father Paul Vanden Hogan, officiating. Military Graveside Services will follow in the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King, WI. Visitation will be on Monday from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home.
