My condolences to Jim's family. I did not hear of his passing until days after the funeral. I was in the cribbage league with him at Silver Lake Lanes and we had some great conversations over the years. He was "one of the good ones". May he RIP.
My first exposure to the job of a Conservation Warden was working with Jim on the Wolf River around Fremont. His total commitment and dedication to his job was inspiring and remarkable, it left a lasting impression. So pleased to have met Candy. Working long hours on Mother’s Day always started with Jim bring me flowers from the Rice greenhouse and telling me to be sure to get them to my mother. A great guy! So sorry not to be at funeral.
