James W. Liebergen's Obituary
James Walter Liebergen, 69, passed away on August 12, 2017, at WI Veterans Home at King. Jim graduated from East High School, Green Bay, WI, and entered the Army in 1968. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam, and returned home in 1971. He lived and worked in Green Bay for many years, and later moved to Little Suamico. He lived there until his Parkinson
symptoms necessitated moving to WI Veterans Home at King. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends at his cottage in Fence, WI, fishing, trap shooting and riding motorcycle.
He is survived by his brother, Dick (Kris) of Mt Vernon, WA, and six nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Carol (Baetsen), his sisters, Linda Davis and Kathy Ellefson, and his brother, Todd.
A graveside service will be held on Friday September 8, 2017 at 11 A.M. at the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery with Military Honors to follow.
