James R. Takacs' Obituary
James R. Takacs, age 62, of Almond, WI, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at his residence. James was born in Milwaukee, WI on July 18, 1945, the son of the late Nicolas and Helen (Kluber) Takacs. On Feb. 5, 1966, James married Jean Ries in Menomonee Falls, WI. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. James is survived by wife: Jean Takacs of Almond, his daughter: Terri (Tony) Warzynski of Almond and his grandchildren: Ethan, Brandon & Lacey Warzynski. James is also survived by one brother. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Thomas. Military Honors Service will be on Friday, Jan. 4 at 11 AM at Hardell-Holly Funeral Home in Almond with Mead-Rath-Gutke Legion Post #339, presiding. Interment of cremains will be in the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King. A memorial visitation will be on Friday morning from 10 to 11 AM at the funeral home. In leiu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Jim's name.
