Janet Peterson's Obituary
Mrs. Janet Mae Peterson, age 72, of Waupaca, WI , passed away Thursday, November 17th, 2005 at her home. Janet was born in Town of Little Wolf, Waupaca County, Wisconsin on April 28, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Hildegard (Roenz) Schultz. On Dec 27, 1952 she married Richard James Peterson at St. John's Lutheran Church at Baldwins Mill. He preceded her in death on July 13, 1993. Janet was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca. She was very active in the Altar Guild and was an Elder. Janet was a retired Bus Driver of 35 years from the Waupaca School District. She enjoyed reading along with baking. She is survived by Sons: Forrest (Cindy) Peterson, Waupaca, WI; Dennis (Karen) Peterson, Waupaca, WI. Daughter: Karen (Dave) Schlatter, Waupaca, WI. Grandchildren: Jari Rockwell, Waupaca; Sara (Tim) Wanty, Waupaca; Teri Peterson, Waupaca; Stacy (Fiance' Travis Pire) Peterson; Eric (Friend: Amanda Czerniak) Peterson, Plover; Lisa (Brad) Albers, Maple Grove, MN; Mary Schlatter, Chandler, AZ; Great Grandchildren: Clayton Rockwell; Brandon Wanty; Kadin Wanty; Makiya Wanty; and Maggie Albers; Brother: Duane (Mary) Schultz, Ogdensburg, WI. Funeral Service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Waupaca, Wisconsin. at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 22nd, with Reverend Sean Motley officiating. Interment will be in the Lakeside Memorial Park in Waupaca. Visitation will be held Monday 4-8 P.M. at Holly Funeral Home-Waupaca. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church-Altar Guild, 206 E. Badger Street Waupaca, WI. 54981.
