Jay Anderson's Obituary
Jay E. Anderson, age 66, of Weyauwega, passed away Tuesday, December 14th, 2010 at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was born in Milwaukee on August 3, 1944, a son of the late Edwin C. and Norma E. (Kesler) Anderson. Jay graduated from East Troy High School in 1962. He worked at Milwaukee Stove and Furnace after returning from his 1965-66 tour in Vietnam. Jay then began farming in Mount Morris, WI. in 1976, moving on to West Bloomfield farm in 1990. He was a member of the Farm Bureau and DAV Chapter 51. He also enjoyed traveling He is survived by a Sister: Lynn (Chuck) Brewer, Weyauwega, WI; Brother: Dale (Debbie) Anderson, Wind Lake, WI; Niece: Christy (Steve) Schulze, Michigan; Nephews: Jason (Lisa) Brewer, North Carolina; Tim (Kim) Brewer, Pine River, WI; Great Niece: Kandice Brewer, Pine River, WI; Uncle: George (Marion) Anderson. Jay was preceded in death by his parents, Stepmother, Charlotte Anderson and Stepfather, Fred Welch. He is further survived by other family and friends. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Family Farm, N5654 St. Rd 49, Weyauwega, from 11 AM until 1 PM on Saturday, January 8th, 2011, with a brief Memorial Service to be held at 1 PM, which will be followed with a luncheon. Military Honors and interment of cremains will take place next spring at Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to DAV Chapter 51, 177A Thackery St., Redgranite, WI. 54970.
