Jean M Foertsch was called home on December 31, 2020. She was born on April 24, 1938 to the late Louis and Alice (nee Wilson) Clark. She was united in marriage to Erwin Foertsch on October 24, 1970. They made their home in the Tow Read Obituary
So very sorry to hear this. Spent many good times with Jean and Erv over the years. Sincere condolences to the entire family; Jean loved you all so much! Every meeting was an update on what everyone was up to. She was a wonderful, talented women.

Jean was always dedicated to service in her community. In the Town of Brookfield, Waukesha County, she served as a poll worker on election days, was a member of the volunteer fire department as a dispatcher, an EMT on the rescue squad, and head of it's women's auxiliary. In that role, she led the organization to provide hot dinners to the entire township, during a severe ice storm in March 1976, that left residents without electricity. It was an example of her concern and generosity when it came to others, even people who she didn't know personally.
In addition to caring for her own family, Jean was an outstanding neighborhood mom to dozens of the friends of her three children. Card games, board games, tv marathons and other get-togethers were happening all year around. Everyone was always welcomed. She was such a wonderful person, and for fifty years, a true friend.

Jean will be deeply missed by everyone at Park Vista! She always had a smile on her face and I enjoyed talking to her whenever I had the chance. She enjoyed working on arts and crafts as well and had a real talent for that. She will always be in our hearts!
