Jeanette "Netch" Bowers' Obituary
Jeanette "Netch" Bowers, age 76, went to be with her Savior on March 7, 2015 in Lakewood Ranch, FL while visiting her family. She was born December 1, 1938 in Plainfield, WI to Harvey and Belle Detlor. She married her high school sweetheart, Wesley Bowers and together they had 6 children. Jeanette was a homemaker and daycare provider, a beloved "grandma" to many children. She wholeheartedly invested her life into her children and grandchildren. She always had a craft in her hands and was known for her generosity and spunky personality.
She is survived by her husband Wesley and her children: Karen (Pete) Campbell, Kenneth (Rose) Bowers, Kandra (David) Millsaps, Kamela (Lonnie) Gleitz, Kurtis (Kim) Bowers, and Kristen (Johnathan) Miller. She has 18 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Jeanette is also survived by her sisters Gracy Eggert and Colleen Wetmore as well as her beloved nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Belle Detlor and her great grandson Ajay Coulthurst.
Funeral Service for Jeanette will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Reverends Johnathan Miller, David Millsaps and Pastor Cliff Cameron will be officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated and can be sent to Wesley Bowers and family.
