JENNIFER M. CHICH
IOLA, WI Age 39 – died very unexpectedly on July 6, 2005 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, WI. She was born on August 15, 1965 in Stoughton, WI, a daughter of Robert and Patricia (Stilp) Smith. She married James Chich on June 20, 1998 in the Township of Union, Waupaca County, WI. Jenny is survived by her husband: James, her children:
Louie, Michael, Samuel, Nathaniel, and Emma Chich, her parents: Robert and Patricia Smith of Knapp, WI, her in-laws: Gary and Joyce Chich of Iola, WI, her brother: Patrick Smith of Neenah, WI, and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother: Michael Smith. Jenny was a member of the Faith Community Church of Waupaca, and was very active with the children’s ministry in the church. She had been employed as an occupational therapist in area public schools. She was a member of AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) as well as other professional organizations. She was also a member of the Waupaca area Jaycees. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2005 at 11:30 AM at the Faith Community Church in Waupaca, WI, located at N2541 County Trunk K, with Pastor Lou Parascand, officiating. Friends may call at the church on Saturday morning from 9:30 – 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Faith Community Church in memory of Jennifer M. Chich. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
