JERILYNNE “JERI” HOBART
WAUPACA, WI Age 55 – died on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at the Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, WI. She was born on August 11, 1950 in Milwaukee, WI, a daughter of Elmer and June Dzuibek. Jeri is survived by two daughters: Nicole (William) Westhoff of Waupaca, WI, and Inez June (Louis) Alix of Augusta, WI, five grandchildren: Alexander, Summer, Tristan, Hunter, and Tanner, her father: Elmer Dzuibek of Milwaukee, WI, a brother: Vance (Gretchen) Dzuibek of Seattle, WA, and a sister: Kristine (Mark) Sobolewski of Milwaukee, WI. She is further survived by other relatives and close friends. She was preceded in death by her mother: June. Jeri was a loving mother, grandmother, and daughter, and she will be greatly missed by everybody whose life she touched. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Waupaca, WI on Sunday, December 11, 2005 at 2:30 PM. Friends may call at the Kingdom Hall in Waupaca on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 – 2:30 PM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
