Jerome Becker Sr.'s Obituary
Jerome M. Becker Sr., age 85, of Wild Rose, WI, passed away Friday, April 20, 2007 at Wild Rose Community Memorial Hospital. Jerome was born in Kenosha, WI on February 27, 1922 the son of the late Mathias and Gertrude (Brotke) Becker. Jerome graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School in Kenosha. He served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army Air Force during W. W. II from 1941 - 1945. On August 11, 1958, Jerome married Nora Lee (Novascone) Becker in Kenosha, WI. He owned and operated his own service station, Becker's DX, for 17 years. He then worked for several car dealerships as a mechanic. Jerry and Nora Lee left Kenosha in 1997 and moved to their current home in Wild Rose. He enjoyed playing pool and fishing. Survivors include his wife: Nora Lee Becker, Wild Rose, his daughter: Jill Spitz, Kenosha, WI; sons: Jack (Kim) Becker, Wild Rose, WI; Jay Becker, Kenosha, WI; three grandchildren and a brother: Gerald (Mary) Becker. He is further survived by several nieces and nephews. Jerome was preceded in death by his parents, one son in infancy and his sister, Kay McPhaul.
Per Jerome's wishes there will be no funeral services. Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose assisted the family with arrangements.
