Jerry Lee Buck's Obituary
Mr. Jerry Lee Buck, age 79, of Waupaca, Wisconsin went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, November 24th, 2008 at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah. Mr. Buck was born in Waupaca, Wisconsin on October 26, 1929, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Leta W. (Nielsen) Buck. On January 30, 1949, he married Phyllis Ann Thompson in Waupaca. She preceded him in death on July 13, 2001. He later married Jewell A. (Todd) Jones on April 16, 2004 in Waupaca. He was a member of First Baptist Church Waupaca, Wisconsin. Jerry worked as a custodian for the Waupaca School District for 32 years. He served in the 32nd Division of the Wisconsin National Guard for 9 years. Jerry was very active in his church and he enjoyed hunting, serving with AmVets and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his Wife: Jewell Buck, Waupaca; Children: Rick (Debby) Buck, Lynchburg, Virginia; Robin Buck, Waupaca, WI; Kim Buck, Waupaca, WI; Kevin (Grace) Buck, Waupaca, WI; Jere Buck, Waupaca, WI; Jan (Kelly) Buck, Waupaca, WI; Mark Buck, Waupaca, WI; Marci (Daniel) Dake, Waupaca; Michele (Todd) Larsen, Greenville. 16 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; Brothers: Richard (Jane) Buck, Waupaca; Larry (JoAnn) Buck, Oconomowoc; Sister: Madelyn (Gary) Sweetalla, Kaukauna; Ilona (William) Leach, Fremont. Jerry was preceded in death by his Wife: Phyllis Buck , Son: David Buck. Grandchildren: Brittany Buck and Chad Buck. Funeral Service will be held at First Baptist Church in Waupaca at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, November 28th, with the Reverend Larry Gross officiating. Interment will be in the Lakeside Memorial Park Waupaca, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11-1 P.M. at First Baptist Church.
