Jesse *Jess* Brown's Obituary
Jesse B. Jess Brown, age 90, of Waupaca, WI, passed from this life on Sunday, December 2nd, 2007 at his home. He was born in Trosper, Kentucky on August 5, 1917, the son of James Hawker and Arminda (Miller) Brown. He married Evelyn Evie Lindskoog on April 5, 1946 in Tampa, FL. They made their home in Waupaca. Jess worked as a Journeyman Electrician for 35 years. He was a member of the Church of Chirst at Chain O' Lakes. Jess was a devoted husband and father and enjoyed gardening, playing cribbage, and studying the bible. Jess is survived by Wife: Evie Brown, Waupaca; Sons: Keith (Becky) Brown, Rogers, AR; Shawn (Robyn) Brown, Bethalto, IL; Dru (Melonie) Brown, Waupaca, WI; Daughters: Laurie (Bill) Mielke, Wisconsin Dells, WI; Jodie (Jim) Montgomery, Waupaca, WI; Twenty-six Grandchildren; Twelve Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents; a Daughter: Christine Henricksen; Granddaugher: April Henricksen; three brothers and two sisters. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 7, 2007 at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, with Ernie Lowry officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Amherst. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 12 noon until the time of the service.
