I am a former neighbor of The Wilburs. They are the kindest family. When I lost my husband, Larry in 2016, Jill stopped by with a plate of the most delicious chocolate chip cookies and kind words. Not to mention how many times her husband plowed my driveway when Larry was on the road. My heart and prayers are with the Wilburs.

Times such as these are oh so difficult to understand, much less explain. We have all lost an advocate for positive change in the world, and together we hold much grief in our hearts. Tears of sadness and sorrow for Matt and family, but also shouts of happiness for knowing that Jill's pain is no more. As a community we mourn for this loss, yet celebrate her life of many accomplishments, her love of family, and never-ending faith in God and family. Heaven has gained an angel like none other.
