JoAnne R. Tessen's Obituary
JoAnne R. Tessen, age 72 of Amherst, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025. She was born on March 28, 1953; daughter of the late Herman and Roslyn (Handrich) Tessen in New London, WI.
JoAnne is survived by her daughters; Angela (William) Anthony, Shalon Peterson, grandchildren; Jeremy (Autumn) Anthony, Brandon Anthony, Jacob (Skye) Anthony, Barrett Anthony, Abagail Anthony, Gabriel Anthony, Thomas (Megan) Pelzer, Trevor Pelzer, sister; Judy Miller, nieces and nephews; Chris Dailey, Jodi Dailey, Clay (Stacy) Dailey, Rhonda (Punky) Miller; also many other relatives and friends. JoAnne was preceded in death by her parents, grandchildren; Shay Anthony, William Anthony Jr and brother, Jerry Tessen.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Silver Lake Lanes in Scandinavia from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Jungers-Holly Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
