Waupaca, WI Age 57 - died on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI. She was born on January 6, 1951 in Merrill, WI, the daughter of Ralph and Lois (Patefield) Rice, Jr. She married Robert Sivertsen on June 21, 1969 in Waupaca, WI. Jody is survived by her husband; Robert, daughter; Robyn (Randy) Henke of Portage, son; Ryan (Drena) Sivertsen of Waupaca, granddaughters; Korissa and Samantha Sivertsen, mother; Lois Rice of Waupaca, sisters; Kathy (Dave) Barnhart of Waupaca, and Wendy (Robert “Bear”) Graves of DePere, brothers; Jon (Lily) Rice of Waupaca, Timmy “Ralph” (Judy) Rice of Waupaca, and Tom Rice of Albany, NY. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Jody was preceded in death by her father; Ralph Rice, Jr. Jody had been a homemaker for most of her adult life. She had worked for the Waupaca Police Dept. for about eight years as a crossing guard and a meter maid. Jody loved the time she could spend with her grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 1:00 pm, with Mr. Jeff Fletcher, officiating. Interment will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at King, WI. Friends may call at the Holly Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI assisted the family with arrangements.
