Although my time with John was short, I appreciated his warm welcome when I would visit. It is a great loss to family, friends, students and I am thankful that I was lucky to have had the chance to meet such a creative, caring and talented person. May you feel no more pain and enjoy your reunion with your mom and dad.

So sorry to hear of John's passing. I had the privilege of working with him in schools, as well as becoming a friend. I always enjoyed my time with him, and I learned lots from him, as did many of my colleagues. Not many people can connect with others as well as John did. He helped countless students and professionals. My condolences to his family. He will be missed by many.

Sorry to hear of John passing. He was incredibly funny. He sure could pitch. I played American baseball with John. Once he threw an 11 inning complete game win against New London. Bemo was incredible
This man changed the lives of so many of his students for the better, mine included. I would not be the person I am that without the guidance, support, and lessons from this wonderful man. To the family of John, I hope you all are able to find some comfort in knowing just how many lives this man impacted.
