John A. Buice Jr.'s Obituary
John A Buice Jr., age 67, passed from this world into the next on October 3, 2018, with his family at his side. He was born May 16, 1951, in Orlando, Florida to Mary Ann McElroy Buice and John A. Buice Sr.
John grew up in Daytona Beach, Florida where he acquired a profound love for the ocean that remained with him throughout his lifetime. Second to his love of the ocean was his appreciation for music. John was an exceptional self-taught guitar player and inspired emotion in all that witnessed his talent.
In 1975, John married Beryl Ann Bossard in Daytona Beach. Together they relocated to central Wisconsin where they settled in New Hope. John adored the rural lifestyle and all it offered. His children carry fond memories of making maple syrup, gardening, canoeing, and skiing with their father.
John is survived by four children, John (Maureen) Buice and daughters Allie and Taylor; Sarah Buice; Jeff (Jenny) Buice and daughter Jade; Keith (Abigail) Buice and children Gus and Bea. He is also survived by his former-wife Beryl Buice and his sister Mary Fletcher Buice.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life on Saturday, October 6 at 11 am. Please join us for Johns favorite desserts and coffee at Sunset Lodge, Central Wisconsin Environmental Station, 10186 Cty. MM, Amherst Junction.
