My name is Sharon "Korn" and my only recollection of Mrs. Cate is from when my mother, Sue Korn, worked with her at Winnebago. When I saw that Joyce Cate had passed, I had to look at the obituary to see if it could possibly be the same Mrs. Cate that my mother often spoke of. Sure enough, the age and employment history prove to me that it is. I am sorry for your sadness as you say "good-bye" to your mom...but I am also rejoicing that she can take her promised spot in Heaven. I am sure I've met your mom along the way, years ago, but I don't really remember that. What I DO remember is how much my mother liked her and appreciated their friendship and Winnebago relationship. I can remember myself even feeling somehow comforted by the fact that Mrs. Cate was at Winnebago and worked with my mom ....and it made me sentimental feeling and a bit teary-eyed to think of that now. My mom is smiling down to think that I remembered "Mrs. Cate" and wrote this note. You have my sympathy and respect. Sharon (Korn) Lambert
