I did not have the luck to have know Joyce very long, but I want to say she was one of the nicest, funnest, quick witted, women that I have met in a very long time. Every time she walked into the VFW in Plover, the room got brighter! Her laugh was contagious, and she was always so happy and upbeat. Rest in Peace Joyce, and I am going to be counting my blessings to have had the opportunity to know you!
