Joyce L. Milbrandt, age 78, of Waupaca, WI, passed away on Tuesday, July 29th, 2014 at Bethany Home in Waupaca. She was born in Hancock, WI on October 14, 1935, a daughter of the late Jospeh and Lillie (Wallaker) Belka.
Survivors include a Daughter: December Maglior, Waupaca, WI; Son: Kerry Miller; Grandchildren: Heather (Timothy) Boldt; Jessica Maglior; Rianne Arnold; Great Grandchildren: Mason Boldt; Braydon Ricker; Jazmyn Boldt. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Debra Arnold, two brothers and three sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
