I remember the very first time I talked to you. I had found you and called you on the phone. We talked for just a few moments and both wondered when we were gonna meet in person I suggested how about right now. We agreed I jumped in my car and drove as fast as I could safely to your apartment on the north side of Milwaukee. It may have only been15 miles or so but it was the longest drive of my life. As my mind raced and wondered what it would be like to meet my biological Mother for the very first time. How would you react to me. What would you look like? Would I have your face your eyes your smile your sense of humor your compassion your love your kindness?. I got to the address ran to the door walked into the entry hallway looked up the stairs to the 2nd floor doorway of your apartment....... And there you were..... You were beautiful You were my Mom. I had your face I had your hair I had my life change forever right then in that very moment. I had an extended family that welcomed me into all of their lives with open arms. Ive had the most amazing life any man could ever imagine. One of the many reasons for that life is you Mom. I thank you and love you for who you are and always will be to me. My Mom
I will miss you forever Mom but I will catch up to you someday when we meet in heaven. Until that day please do me one last favor. Watch over us all from there. I love you.
Your Son
