Karen Lesinski's Obituary
Karen E. Lesinski, age 63, of Waupaca, WI, passed away suddenly Monday, Dec.18, 2006 at Riverside Medical Center. Karen was born in Wilmette, IL on October 6, 1943, the daughter of the late Arthur and Isbell (Scott) Burmeister. She graduated from New Trier High School in 1961 and attended Northern Illinois and UW-Oshkosh. On Feb. 8, 1964 she married Henry Lesinski in Menasha. Karen worked for 16 years for JC Penney and the last 15 years for Blue Cheese House in King. Karen loved camping with her family and enjoyed looking out over the lake and boating. She also enjoyed playing freecell & solitare on the computer. Karen is survived by husband: Henry D. Lesinski of Waupaca; her children: Lori (Bob) Carper of Iola; Dave (Rosemary) Lesinski of Neenah and Don Lesinski of Little Chute. 3 Grandchildren: Michael, Alicia & Jonathan and two sisters: Janet (John) Harwood of Hazelhurst, WI and JoAnne (John) Schriefer of Glenview, IL. Funeral Service will be on Friday, Dec. 22 at 11 AM at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca with Reverend Roy Geenen, officiating. Interment will be in the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Town of Farmington. Visitation will be on Friday from 9 to 11 AM at the Funeral home.
