Karen S. Miracle's Obituary
Karen S. Miracle, age 72, of Waupaca, WI passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Theda Care Medical Center in Waupaca. Karen was born in Oshkosh on July 16, 1943, the daughter of the late Charles and Genevieve (Lemke) Blodgett. On December 5, 1959, Karen married Bertram W. Miracle and he preceded her in death on March 15, 2012. Karen was a very unique and creative person. But especially, she was a caring caregiver to her son, Jeff. She loved spending time with her entire family. She is a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Karen is survived by her children: Wayne Miracle, Waupaca; Darrin (Debra) Miracle, Appleton and Shanda (Ron) Juday, Wautoma; her grandchildren: Lianna (Eric) Kelley; Steven Miracle; Alyssa (Robert Baumgartner) Juday; Sarah (Justin) Bolwerk; Isaiah Miracle and Wyatt Juday; her 4 great grandchildren and her siblings: Barbara (Robert) Eyers; Bruce Blodgett; Ellen Quinn; Deborah (James) Travis; Linda (Steve) Reynolds and her sister-in-law: Darlene Blodgett. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bertram, her son, Jeff, her brothers John & Charles Blodgett, her sister, Theresa and her in-laws, Mary Jane Blodgett & Richard Quinn. The Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, November 12 at 2 PM at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, Waupaca with Father Amalraj Roche, celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery, Waupaca. Visitation will be on Wednesday afternoon from 4 to 7 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca and also on Thursday from 1 PM until the time of mass at the church.
