Rohloff family,
This is Suzette; daughter of Maj. Hector and Sarah Forestier (KI Sawyer) I am so sorry for your loss. I can close my eyes and still see Mrs. Rohloff in the front yard with the kids playing at K.I. Sawyer, she had a beautiful smile and I will always remember her that way. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time. God Bless,
Suzette Forestier
Ed, Sue Bell sent news of Karen's sudden death. We have wondered where you guys 'landed' and I knew that you had in mind to go back to farming-related work. Abby and I retired from AF in Dec '99 and I was campus pastor in Seattle for 5 years; then was associate chaplain endorser for the LCMS here in St Louis for 3 years. Now I am studying music (GI Bill fundint) at nearby Webster U. Our kids are out and about; we have 3 grandchildren now. Blessings to you. We celebrate Karen's homegoing even as we mourn with you. Joy in Christ,
Ted W
Hello. To Karen's family, I am so sorry for your loss, my prayers are with you. I met Karen years ago, when she and I were chaperones for many field trips. My daughter, Heather is in Luke's class. My heart goes out to you Luke. I recently lost my mother and I can share in the grief that you are experiencing. Words cannot express what feelings you will go through...I saw your mother at about 1:30 in the afternoon at Pic n Save the day she died. I waved to her and she smiled. Whenever I saw her around town or in the classroom, I always thought well of her, she was a very nice person, and I always thought of you Luke, whenever I saw your Mom. I have always thought good of you too, you are a great kid, and I'm happy that you and Heather are friends. If you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to ask, even tho you don't know me that well, I can and will help you, sweetheart. Love, Cara Scheer
