KATHERINE V. SZCZUBLEWSKI
WILD ROSE, WISCONSIN
Age 62, moved on to her next great journey “WITH HER BELLS ON” on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at University Hospital in Madison, WI. She was born July 10, 1954 in Salem, OR; daughter of Maxtell A. Shannon and Cordia J. (Baldwin) Wylie. On October 31, 1997, Katherine married Daniel M. Szczublewski at their home in Wild Rose. She enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family, especially during the holidays as Christmas was her favorite time of year. She will be deeply missed by all of her loving family and many friends.

Brother: David Shannon of Wild Rose, WI

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maxtell Shannon and Cordia Wylie; two aunts, Charlsie Baldwin and Cecil Atkinson; two uncles, Stan Baldwin and William Baldwin; and three cousins, Marsha Atkinson, Gaynel Atkinson, and Patty Atkinson.
A Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose, WI. Pastor Rod Chapman will officiate. A visitation will be held on Monday afternoon, December 19th, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose and again on Tuesday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Ravine (Lane) Cemetery in the Town of Springwater following the service on Tuesday. The Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose is assisting the family with arrangements.
